- Go to the connections page.
- Locate the Shopify card and click on Connect.
- Enable the syncs as per your requirement. Currently, we support five syncs for Shopify:
Fetch Orders: This sync fetches Shopify orders into Rivafy.
Fetch Inventory: This sync fetches the stock count for products from Shopify to Rivafy.
Sync Orders to Shopify: This sync creates orders coming into Rivafy in Shopify. All your Galaxus and Manor orders will be created in Shopify once they are created in Rivafy.
Sync Inventory to Shopify: This sync updates the stock count from Rivafy to Shopify.
Fetch Product Information: This sync fetches product data from Shopify into Rivafy. Learn more about this here.
⚠️ Note: For these syncs to work properly, the SKU IDs in Rivafy must match the SKU IDs in Shopify.
- Once you enable your syncs, add the following credentials:
Webshop URL
Access Token
API Secret (may not be required for all syncs)
