Accepting or Rejecting Cancellation Requests from Galaxus

Overview

When a cancellation request is received from Galaxus, it will appear as a highlight on the order in Lynks. Once a request is received, further order processing actions are disabled until the seller takes action. The seller has two options:

Accept the cancellation – The order will be cancelled.

Reject the cancellation – This informs Galaxus that the request has been rejected, and the order will proceed as expected.Important Notes

Cancellation Requests Are Only for Open Orders:

Cancellation requests can only be received when an order is in the Open state.

If the order is in any other state, the seller must go to Galaxus CMI to accept or reject the cancellation.

Rejecting a Cancellation Request Requires a Reason:

If the seller chooses to reject the cancellation, they must provide a reason for rejecting the request.

For Users of the Get Listed Service:

If you are using the Get Listed service for listing your products, Galaxus CMI is not accessible to you.

You can directly get in touch with the Lynks support team regarding whatever action you want to perform.

Handling Cancellations After Order Confirmation

If the order has already been confirmed in Lynks and you want to accept the cancellation:

Accept the cancellation from Galaxus CMI.

Inform the Lynks support team to mark the order as cancelled in Lynks as well.

Following these steps ensures that order records remain consistent between Lynks and Galaxus.
