Inventory Synchronization between Bexio and Lynks

We support automatic synchronization of inventory data from Bexio to Lynks. This means that any stock updates made in Bexio will be reflected in Lynks.

Prerequisites for Inventory Sync:  
 

• Inventory Sync is Enabled: 
  
  The Fetch Inventory option must be enabled in your Bexio connection settings within Lynks.
   
• Matching SKUs:
  
  The product SKU in Lynks must exactly match the Code in Bexio. Mismatched identifiers will prevent the inventory from syncing properly.

How Inventory Values are Mapped:

The inventory values are synchronized based on the following mapping between Bexio and Lynks:
