Step 2: Add Shipment Details

Navigate to the order you want to update.

Select the fulfillment and click on Add Shipment Details.

In the Shipment Details section, you'll see several fields to complete: a. Tracking Details:

• Shipment Service: Click the dropdown menu to "Select Shipment Service".
  
  • You'll see a search bar and a list of "Frequently Used Services".
  • There's also an "Other" option for less common services.
• Tracking No: Enter the tracking number provided by your shipping service in the "Enter Tracking No" field.
  • Once entered, a link to the tracking page may appear below (e.g., for Swiss Post).
    

After entering the shipment details, you have two options in the top right corner:

• Save: Click the "Save" button to confirm and save your changes.
• Discard: Click the "Discard" button if you want to cancel your changes without saving.
