Galaxus: Live Status

You don't know if your products are actually live on Galaxus?

You can check this now with just one click:

Step 1: Go to Insights & Analytics -> Availability

Step 2: Select the items that need to be checked and click Start Status Check 

Step 3: If the product is live it will show up in green and as listed. You're all set! 
If it's not live the status will be red and marked as not listed. At the moment we don't get any information about why it's not live. Therefore, please go through our trouble shooting guide here to find out what you can do. 

Bonus: If the product is live you can make an additional request to see how you compare regarding your price.
