Orders from Manor

To process orders from Manor on Lynks, you have to set up a Manor integration first. -> Find out more

  • Shipping a Manor order: When an order is confirmed on Lynks, the status is changed on Manor automatically. Post this, for a brief time, the same order is frozen and cannot be shipped on Lynks. During this time, Manor confirms the payment debit of the order from the customer. Once this is done, the order is made available for further processing.
  • Missing Customer Addresses: Only when the payment debit is confirmed by Manor, they share the customer’s billing and shipping details with us. Until then these details are unavailable and are shown on Lunks as soon as they become available.
