Step 1: Confirm Order
Orders received in Lynks appear in Sales Orders under Open:
Select the order you want to manage and confirm it by clicking Confirm Orders:
This means that the order has been accepted and the processing of the order begins.
If necessary, you can also cancel an order.
What happens when you confirm an order?
Lynks
- Order moves to the
Ready to Ship - A fulfilment is created for the order
Galaxus
- Order response with the Estimate Delivery Date (EDD) for all confirmed order lines is sent to Galaxus. The EDD for each order line is important while confirming an order, since that is also communicated to the buyers.
Manor
- Order is marked as Accepted on Manor
- Once the order is accepted, Manor automatically processes the payment for the order from the buyers.
- Until the payment is successful, no further actions can be taken on an order. Once payment is completed, the order can be shipped from the
Ready to Shiptab.
