Step 1: Preparing your product data

Before you start with your upload, make sure you have a clean product data file that meets all requirements. Get started with data prep here.

To import products into Lynks, your file needs to include the following essential information for each item:

• SKU: Unique stock-keeping unit.
• Name: Product title.
• Description: Detailed description of the product.
• EAN: European Article Number (or relevant barcode).
• Price: The selling price.
• Tax: Applicable tax rate or information.
• Category: The product category.
• Brand: The product's brand name.

File Options:

• Use our Sample File: You can download and use our sample file to ensure your data is structured correctly.
• Use Your Own File: Feel free to use any existing product data file you have (e.g., .csv, .xlsx). In the next steps of the import process, you will be prompted to map the columns from your file to the required Lynks fields listed above.
