Partial order processing

Is your logistics complex? Are you dealing with large orders and are you unable to deliver all items at the same time? An order can be split into multiple shipments, giving you the flexibility to ship the order in parts instead of all at once. After creation, further order processing occurs at the shipment level.

❗️Note: Currently, partial order processing is only available for Galaxus orders.

This is how it works:

Step 1: Confirm an order.

Step 2: Create individual shipments by clicking on the order and selecting the shipments. Mark the shipments as Create Shipment. The partial fulfilment is now ready for shipment.

Step 3: Further processing of partial orders now takes place at  shipment level. Go to Ready to Ship.

Adding Shipment Details: The shipment details can be added to individual fulfilments, which includes: Shipment Carrier & Service, Shipment Tracking Number and Tracking URL.

Printing Shipment Labels: Shipment Labels can be printed for fulfilment shipped by Swiss Post and DPD. Once generated, the shipment details are saved for these fulfilments.

Downloading Delivery Notes: Individual fulfilments have different delivery notes which can be printed to be used while shipping.

Step 4: After filling out the shipping information, you can ship the partial order
